All iOS users (Android coming soon) will have the ability to delete their account in-app starting Wednesday, June 29. In order to do so, customers can navigate to the follow:
Settings > Account > "Request to Delete Account"
1. Delete Account button on the bottom of the account settings page
2. Users will be informed of the information that will be deleted along with their account.
3. Users will be prompted to fill out a quick survey as to why they would like to delete their account.
4. Users will have to manually type “delete” in order to submit request.
Please note, if you are the primary account user a member of the Tempo Support team will be in contact with you to finalize your cancellation. If you are a secondary account user, a member of the Tempo Support team will not contact you and your account deletion will be finalized via the Tempo mobile app.
