The Tempo Referral Program allows existing members to earn rewards by inviting new users to join the platform. Referrers can earn free months of membership for each successful referral, while referred users will receive a 30-day free trial upon signing up. The program provides an opportunity for both parties to benefit from Tempo’s services under the specified terms and conditions.

Referral Process Guideline

For Referring Users (Current Tempo Users)

1. Send a Referral Code to a Friend
   a. Navigate to your “Refer a friend” link to add a new friend view or from the invite to challenge view.
   b. Tap on the "Refer a Friend" button or use the "Invite to Challenge" option.
   c. Share the referral code with your friend using your preferred method (e.g., email, messaging app, social platforms…etc.). Each code is a unique one time code, and cannot be reused after it expires or is claimed. 
   
   

2. Track Your Referral
   a. Open the Referral Tracker in the app.
   b. View your months credits available. Each credit represents 1 available free month to be used for a free subscription.
   
   

3. Receive Rewards
   a. Once your friend completes their 30-day trial and pays for their subscription, you will receive 1 month credit

For Referred Friends (New Tempo Users)

1. Membership-only Purchase (In-App Purchase)
   a. Receive the Referral Link: Your friend will share a referral link with you via a messaging app, email, or other methods.
   b. Tap on the Referral Link: Click on the link you received. It will direct you to the Guest Pass Landing Page.
   c. Download the Tempo App: On the landing page, you’ll see an option to download the app from the App Store. Click to download.
   d. Sign Up or Log In: Once the app is installed, open it, and when prompted, tap on "I have an invite code" at the login/register page.
   e. Enter the Referral Code: Input the referral code you received when prompted during registration.
   f. Start the Free 30-Day Trial: After entering the referral code, you will be shown the In-App Purchase (IAP) paywall, offering you a 30-day free trial instead of the standard 14 days.
   g. Connect with Your Friend: Once you complete the registration, your new account will automatically be added as a friend to the person who referred you.
   
   

2. Hardware Purchase Guide for Referred Users
   a. Receive the Referral Link: Your friend will share a referral link with you via email, message, or another sharing method.
   b. Tap on the Referral Link: Click on the link, and you’ll be taken to the Guest Pass Landing Page.
   c. Explore Hardware Bundles: You’ll have the option to explore hardware bundles. Choose the bundle that suits you.
   d. Proceed to Checkout: Select your bundle and move forward to the checkout page.
   e. Referral Code Pre-Populated: Your referral code will be automatically applied in the promo code field. You don’t need to enter anything manually.
   f. Get Your Special Offer: The referral code grants you a 13-month membership (instead of the standard 12 months) with your hardware purchase.
   g. Complete Your Purchase: Finish the checkout process and complete your purchase.
   h. Automatic Friend Connection: Once the purchase is complete, your new account will be automatically added as a friend to the person who referred you.

Referral Code Use

• Referral codes must be entered during the sign-up or checkout process to be valid.

• Referred users can apply referral benefits (such as the 30-day free trial or 13-month membership) when purchasing hardware bundles.

• Referral codes have an expiration date, which will be communicated when the code is generated. Please ensure your friend redeems the code before it expires
