How to restart a workout from the beginning?

To restart a workout from the beginning, you'll need to complete more than 50% of the class first.
 

Once you do, tap the “X” to exit the workout. You’ll then see two options:

  • 1. End class and record my progress
  • 2. Leave and continue the class later

Choose “End class and record my progress.” This will mark the class as completed and allow you to restart it from the beginning the next time you open it.

If you exit before reaching 50% of the workout, you’ll only see:

  • 1. Leave and continue the class later
  • 2. Stay and complete the workout

In this case, the workout will resume where you left off, and you won’t be able to restart it from the beginning unless you complete more than 50% and end the class.

Class Not Marked As Complete!

Depending on the network connectivity and the timing of when you exit a class, there is a chance that your class might not be marked as completed. This does not happen often, however, if you have experienced this, please email Tempo Support at hello@tempo.fit with the following information:

  • Username

  • User Email

  • Name of Class

  • Score and Calories 

Most of the time, our team can mark the class as complete for you and allow you to move on to the next class in your program or maintain your streak.

How to Skip Program Classes?

Our team of fitness experts and coaches spends a lot of time and thought developing programs to help you reach your goals. Sequences are designed with a purpose, but we know that the sequence of classes in a program isn’t always what’s best for you on that day.


With the ability to skip program classes or take them at a later time, we hope that our community can now flex programs to fit their lifestyle and train in whatever way works best for them without losing motivation or sacrificing their fitness goals.


How to Skip Program Classes



After you’ve joined a program, you have the option to skip one or more classes. 



Because we always want to make sure we’re listening to our community, you’ll be prompted to provide a reason for skipping the class. Once you’ve made your choice, you’ll be able to progress to the next class in the program. 



If you decide you’d like to take your skipped class at a later time, you’ll also have that opportunity. Regardless of whether you decide to go back and finish out the classes you’ve skipped, you’ll still be able to finish your program.
