Accessing the Web Portal

Visit the website login page at: https://app.tempo.fit/app/login


Managing Membership

  • Navigate to the Your Membership tab on the left-hand side of the screen tab to:
  • View your current membership plan.
  • Change the plan for prepaid memberships.
  • Redeem a prepaid membership code.
  • Reach out to customer support for assistance.


Updating Payment Information

  • Follow these simple steps to ensure your account stays up to date:
  • Log in to your primary/family owner account through a browser on your laptop or phone. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Payment’ section.
  • Then click "Add new card" to update your payment method.
  • Enter your updated card details and save your changes.
  • Set the updated card as “Primary”—you're all set!

 


Updating Profile Information

  • Navigate to the Account tab on the left-hand side of the screen tab to:
  • Edit Personal Details (Name, Birthday, Gender, Height, Weight):
  • Click on Edit Profile and update the desired fields.
  • Edit Account Information (Email, Password):
  • For email changes, click on Edit Email, update the information, and save.
  • For password changes, click on Edit Password, enter the new password, confirm it, and save.


Resetting a Forgotten Password

  • On the login page, click Forgot Password.
  • Enter your registered email address and click Send.
  • Check your email for a password reset link.
  • Click the "Click Here" link in the email to open the password reset page.
  • Enter a new password, confirm it, and click Save to complete the process.


Adding/Removing Family Members & Profiles 

(Studio, Move and Core)


How can I add a family member to my subscription?

You can easily add a family member through:

A) Tempo App:

  • Tap on the “Progress” icon (bottom right corner).
  • Click on “Settings” (top left corner).
  • Select “Invite Your Family” to get your Family Code.
  • Share this code with your family member or have them enter it when creating their profile.


B) Tempo Studio:

  • Go to the Homepage and tap on the “Progress” icon.
  • Click on the gear icon (top left corner) to access Studio Settings.
  • Select “Switch Profiles” > “+” to add a user.
  • Choose “Join a Tempo family” and enter the Family Code when prompted.


Will each family member have their own workout history?

Yes! Each profile has its own workout history and data, so everyone can track their progress and stay motivated with personalized insights.


How do I switch between profiles on my Tempo Studio?

  • Tap on the “Progress” icon (bottom right corner).
  • Click on the gear icon (top left corner).
  • Select “Switch Profiles”.
  • Choose the desired profile.
    For quick access, always use “Switch Profiles” when logging out to keep your profile shortcut visible.


How do I remove a profile from my Tempo Studio?

  • Log into your Tempo account.
  • Tap on the gear icon (top right corner).
  • Select “Remove Profile”.
  • Choose the profile you want to remove.

The profile will be removed from your homepage.


Can I remove a family member from my subscription plan?

Can family members use the same device to access their profiles?

A)Tempo Studio:

  • Go to the Homepage and tap on the “Progress” icon.
  • Click on the gear icon (top left corner) to access Studio Settings.
  • Select “Switch Profiles”


B) Tempo App:

  • Log out of the current profile
  • Log in with the credentials of the desired profile.
