What is included in my Tempo Studio purchase through Best Buy?
Exclusive to Best Buy, the Tempo Starter + Expanded Accessory Pack includes the Tempo Studio and the following accessories:

(2) 7.5 lb. Olympic dumbbells

(1) 25 lb. Olympic barbell

(6) Collars

(1) Essentials Plate Bundle

(1) Wireless heart rate monitor and charging cable

(1) Recovery roller

(1) 5 mm. workout mat


How do I know if there are Tempo Studios available for purchase at my local Best Buy?
Tempo does not have visibility into Best Buy's current stock of units available for purchase. You will need to contact your local Best Buy to determine if they have any Tempo Studios available at your chosen location.


Can I finance my purchase of a Tempo Studio through Best Buy?
Yes, Best Buy offers options to finance your purchase. Please note that all financing inquiries including eligibility are handled by Best Buy and their affiliates if you choose to purchase your Tempo Studio through Best Buy. 


Do I still need a membership even though I purchased my Tempo Studio through Best Buy?
Yes, you will still need an active membership to access Tempo's library of premium content including live and on-demand classes and programs. One membership will give you access to creating up to 6 profiles on your Tempo Studio.


Does my Tempo Studio still come with a warranty if I purchase it through Best Buy?
Your Tempo Studio is covered under our 3-year limited warranty if you purchased your unit through Best Buy. Specific details on what is covered under the limited warranty can be found here: https://tempo.fit/warranty


Can I add the Clyde Extended Warranty that Tempo offers to my Tempo Studio if I purchase it through Best Buy?
No, but you can add a multi-year Geek Squad Protection Plan to your purchase through Best Buy for additional coverage. Please contact Best Buy for more details regarding their coverage plans

I am experiencing a technical issue with my Tempo. Who do I contact to get this resolved?
You can always reach out to Tempo Support regarding any technical issues you are experiencing. You can contact Tempo Support during the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. (PDT) via email at hello@tempo.fit, online chat, or by phone at (833) 966-1777. Please note that not all technical maintenance services will be covered by your limited warranty and/or Geek Squad Protection Plan and may include additional fees.


I've decided I want to return my Tempo, but I purchased it through Best Buy. How do I initiate a return?
Tempo does not fulfill any return requests for Tempo Studio purchases made through Best Buy as they are subject to Best Buy's own return policies. To coordinate a return for a Tempo Studio purchase made through Best Buy, please contact your local Best Buy or visit Best Buy's return FAQ here:
