Do you offer a 30-day trial for Studio?

Yes. All memberships include a 30-day trial.


Can I finance a Studio?
Yes, with Affirm. Select Affirm during checkout to finance your purchase.


Which Studio equipment package is right for me?

It depends on where you are on your fitness journey! Here’s what we recommend:


  • Starter: for anyone who’s new to strength training or wants to work out with Tempo more sparingly 

  • Plus: for someone who has some experience with strength training or who wants to use their Tempo as their primary workout source. 

  • Pro: for anyone looking to deeply commit to strength training and heavy lifting and who wants to use Tempo as their primary workout source.


How does Studio delivery work?

We coordinate an in-home delivery date with you, bring your Studio into the room of your choice, and get it all set up for you.


Do I need to use Tempo weights?

To take full advantage of your Tempo experience, you need Tempo weights. Without them, our sensors cannot count reps, recognize your weight totals, or correct your form.


Do I need to have a wearable device to work out with Tempo?

No, but it helps. In the workout experience, you can either connect an Apple Watch or wear a Tempo Heart Rate Monitor. Outside of your workout experience, features like your Readiness Score and Workout Intensity are based on your Apple Health data, so any wearable or health device that syncs with that app will improve your Tempo experience.


How do I return a Tempo Studio?

You can return your Tempo home gym within your 30-day trial period. Here are the basics of returning a Tempo home gym:


  1. Contact us: Email hello@tempo.fit. After a brief survey we will start the process on our end to get the unit out of your home.

  2. Package with care: You will receive boxes to pack up the accessories.

Schedule pickup: Our local delivery partner will contact you to find a date and time to come retrieve the Studio and accessories.
